With our line of industry tested Eclipse POE NVRs and our Eclipse IP Cameras you'll have no trouble installing and configuring the cameras. Although IP cameras are more expensive, HD recording can also mean that you don't need to purchase as many cameras to properly secure an area, since you can record at a wider angle and still get footage that can identify suspects and be used in court. HD quality recording makes identifying faces and license plates much, much easier than standard definition. The main selling point of IP cameras is the increased resolution. Why People Choose High Definition IP Cameras 1. Some NVRs on the market are really terrible (and can't record HD footage on every channel), but all of ours can record at least 1080P at 30 FPS without any frame rate or camera limitations. Our IP cameras come in different resolution options: 2.0MP which shoots at 1080P, 3.0 MP (which is 1.5x 1080P), 4.0 MP (which is 2x 1080P) 4K (which is 4x 1080P), and 12 MP (6x1080P). TV Lines is the measurement of old 1980's-TV quality cameras. The resolution of IP cameras is measured in Megapixels and they record in HD and Beyondīecause IP cameras are digital cameras you measure their resolution in megapixels rather than TV Lines. The power is added by the NVR (if you made a home run and are using our Networker Pro POE models, which has built-in POE ports) or you can use a POE injector or POE switch to power your cameras at convenient locations. With an IP camera system, this one wire caries both your video data and your power. (IP) is HD Digitally Connected via Cat5 (Networking) CableĬat5 Cable is the cable used in creating computer networks. TVI/CVI/AHD is a transitional technology to help people with already existing cable get higher resolutions. TVI/CVI/AHD recorders can accept signal from HD Coax security cameras brands such as Samsung, iCatch, Hikvision, Eclipse, and others, it will also support Analog cameras. Because the video is compressed, TVI/CVI/AHD is perfect for upgrading to HD if you have already run BNC cable, but will not replace IP cameras as the dominant cameras of the future. XVR recorders (HD DVRS) are Backward Compatible with Analog Cameras - if you plug an analog camera into an XVR recorder it will recognize that it is receiving analog rather than TVI/CVI/AHD's digital signal and record in analog if you plug a TVI/CVI/AHD in it will recognize the digital signal and record in HD. One of the best things about TVI/CVI/AHD is that you can upgrade cameras gradually. TVI/CVI/AHD allows customers who already have run BNC cable (the cable used by old CCTV systems), the ability to upgrade to an HD solution without changing any wiring. TVI/CVI/AHD cameras send compressed digital signal over analog cable. (TVI/CVI/AHD) is HD over Coax (Analog) Cables

The community is great and the developers are always adding new content. It is perfect for younger players or for people who want a casual and straightforward MMORPG experience. Overall, AdventureQuest 3D is a fun game that is worth playing. The quests are all very linear and there is no room for exploration. There is not much in terms of character customization or player choice. The biggest one is that it is not a very deep game. ConclusionĪdventureQuest 3D does have some drawbacks, however. The game has about 300 players playing through Steam at all times, and you will often run into other players in the game world. Artix and their games do have a small following, and since the game caters to a niche market they’ve managed to maintain a player base. Well, the population is not great but it is stable. So is AQ3D dead or alive in terms of population. The developers are also very active and they are always adding new content to the game. The game has a very active and helpful community. One of the best things about AdventureQuest is the community. AQ3D in 4k with max graphics Community and Population Many of the locations in the world are pretty cool, and the environments are also stylized in a WoW-Esque style. The armor and weapons are oversized and spiky, clearly inspired by games such as World of Warcraft. The characters are cartoony looking, in an anime-inspired style with big eyes and spiky hair. Since the game is targeted at kids, keeping the art style simple and fun makes sense. The world is colorful and there are many different areas to explore. The graphics in AdventureQuest 3D are simple, but they work well for the game. The game is filled with puns and other types of jokes, and almost no part of the game takes itself too seriously. Humor has also been one of the biggest selling points of AdventureQuest. It gets a bit tedious after a while, so I wouldn’t recommend doing it in long stretches. There is very little grinding required to level up your character, and you can do it mostly by just following the main storyline. The quests are all very straightforward and easy to follow. However, there are also some puzzles and other types of quests to keep things interesting. The quests are generally simple fetch quests or kill quests. You will receive a quest, usually from an NPC, and then go out and complete it. The gameplay in AdventureQuest is mostly quest-based. It does seem like maybe some of the things that made the 2D versions of AdventureQuest have been lost in the 3D version and it does feel a bit more like a generic fantasy MMORPG at this point. So, when Artix Entertainment announced they were making AdventureQuest into a 3D MMORPG, there was a lot of excitement amongst the fans of earlier Artix games. The original AdventureQuest features 2D sidescrolling graphicsĪdventureQuest Worlds was released in 2008 and was successful. However, it has always had a decent and loyal following, mostly consisting of younger players. It is known for its simple graphics and lack of serious gameplay. GameplayĪdventureQuest has always been a bit of a quirky game. In this review, we will judge AQ3D as an early access game and a game targeted at mobile players and a younger player base, not as a competitor to the major MMOs out there. So, does AdventureQuest 3D live up to the hype? Is it worth playing? In this article, we will take a close look at the game and answer those questions. It was created by Artix Entertainment, the same company that created AdventureQuest and AdventureQuest Worlds. AdventureQuest 3D is an MMORPG that was released in early access back in October of 2016. His creations have been featured in a great many magazines and one of his personal trucks was recognized as the Best Engineered Late Model at the prestigious SEMA Show in Las Vegas. He later capitalized on his knowledge of the subject to establish Truck Toyz Performance which built many multi-award-winning street trucks for customers worldwide. In 1989 he debuted the first in a series of ‘Overkill’ monster trucks earning a USHRA Thunder National Championship in 1992. His interest in monster trucks began during their infancy circa 1980 which led him to a crew position for a team as early as 1984. Marty Garza has spent most of his life engaged in all aspects of truck performance. Illustrations: 692 color photos & diagrams The objective of this book is to document and preserve the heritage of the monster truck industry and to give credit to those individuals whose contributions have been largely unrecognized but which played a significant role in achieving the spectacular level of technology and performance witnessed by millions of fans globally today. Uniquely, Monster Truck Technology – The Definitive History of Monster Truck Evolution does not rely upon high resolution staged photos and instead provides exhaustive factual information depicting raw images which are true to the very nature of the developments themselves. This book delineates how the monster truck is not a singular creation, but instead the sum of many technologies orchestrated in such a manner to achieve purposes which, like the vehicles themselves, have evolved over time. Such quarrels are often flawed as they are largely based on the fundamental presumption that the monster truck is a static concept in terms of both composition and purpose. In addition, the author also presents early examples of previously unknown variations of the concept which predate the establishment of the term.įor decades there have been persistent debates concerning various aspects of the creation of the monster truck. For the first time anywhere, the reader is provided not only with a step by step chronology of technological advancements in key areas such as monster truck tires, axles, chassis, suspension, and drivetrain but equally important, the context in which they were created. In the book, Monster Truck Technology – The Definitive History of Monster Truck Evolution author Marty Garza takes the reader on a detailed historical journey through the various phases of monster truck development. The Definitive History of Monster Truck Evolutionįrom humble origins, for over four decades and multiple stages of development, monster trucks have evolved from a backyard hobby to a billion-dollar industry due in large part to the efforts and ingenuity of many unsung heroes. Historically this is first evidence of Sri yantra construction in Tantrik Texts. In this text Ishwarashiva had given detailed construction method of Sri yantra. Ishwarashiva wrote first commentary on Vamakeshvara Tantra, called as Rasamahodadhi. Ishwarashiva was head of one muth established by Kashmir king Avantivarma in 9th century. As per him Vishvavarta and Ishwarashiva are two starters of Sri Vidya worship in Kashmir. Jayarath gives more information of Sri Vidya avataran in Kashmir. Shivananda, author of Rujuvimarshini also says that tradition of Sri Vidya originated in Kashmir. He wrote it after knowing about Sri Vidya worship from Kashmir Sharada Peeth. Adi Shankaracharya wrote these works in late 8th century or early 9th century. His other book, Prapanchasara Tantra also has construction of Sri yantra. He also gave construction of Sri yantra in short. Saundaryalahari written in Kashmir by Adi Shankaracharya follows the Hadi tradition. He supported meaning of text as per his tradition. Sri Bhaskarraya belonged to Kadi tradition. He was followed by Sri Bhaskarraya ( 18th century ) in his commentary Setubandha on same text. Jayarath differs from them and interpret for Kadi tradition. They also give extensive Guru Ogha of Hadi tradition. Both interpreted the mantroddhara of Sri Vidya Panchadaahi mantra in favour of Hadi tradition. Īround same time Vidyananda wrote another commentary Artharatnavali. Īfter him came Shivananda (15th century ) from Kerala who wrote beautiful commentary on it named Rujuvimarshini. Nityashodashikarnava has first commentary by Jayarath Rajanak ( 13th century ) of Kashmir, famous commentator of Tantraloka. Both parts have commentaries written by famous Tantriks from Kashmir to Kerala. Eight hundred verses are divided into two parts Nityashodashikarnava and Yogini Hridaya. It has eight hundred verses plus some scattered portions like khadgamala mantras & sahasranama stotras. One such list is found in Vamakeshvara Tantra itself. There are many lists of these 64 tantras given in later tantras or in Saundaryalahari commentary by Laxmidhara ( 15th century ). These tantras though taught by Adi Nath of Uddiyana, consist mainly black magic spells and various prayoga material for material siddhis. स्वतन्त्रं ते तंत्रं क्षितितलमवातीतरदिदम् ॥ ३१ ॥īefore Sri Vidya teachings arrived on the land of bharata, there were already sixty four tantras practiced by various sects. This tantra is considered as most important 65th Tantra by likes of Sri Bhaskarraya Makhin, famous tantrik and writer of many books on Sri Vidya from 18th century. Siince Shiva and Shakti are one and the same and it is Shiva who reveals, Shiva is the revealer of the Shastra in all cases, though in some He figures as Shishya and in others as Guru.Vamakeshvara Tantra has unique position among Hindu Tantras. The form in which a Shastra presented whether as the Revelation of Shiva or Shakti is mere Lila. For this reason the book is included in the class which goes by the name of Nigama as opposed to Agama, in which the shastra is revealed by Shiva Himself. Like all original works on Tantrika worship, the Kulachudamani is cast in the form of a dialogue – the Shastra being revealed by the Devi in Her form as Bhairavi, in answer to questions put to Her by Shiva in His form as Bhairava. It is accordingly found frequently referred to as an authority in many compilations though the Kulachudamani itself (II, 8) refers us, for all technical terms, to the Bhairavi Tantra, which is, however now known chiefly from quotations made from it. The Kulachudamani-tantra or "crest-jewel" of the Kulachara division of Tantrika Sadhakas is included in the list of revealed works, which according to the Vamakeshvara Tantra, are considered to be the chief amongst those which deal with the worship of Shakti. And he celebrates it as a rare instance in which the science and faith communities can meet each other - and agree. The Shroud of Turin is an aged linen cloth that shows the images of a man bearing wounds corresponding to scourging and crucifixion. For centuries, historians, scientists and. Verschuuren reveals the reasons why he believes the Shroud of Turin to be the actual burial cloth of Jesus Christ, the crucified Savior of mankind. The Shroud of Turin is perhaps one of the more famous so-called Medieval mysteries that has caught the attention of popular culture academia. He then scrutinizes the motives of the individual scientists performing these studies, the assumptions they employed to arrive at their conclusions, and the instances in which they veered into areas outside the competence of the sciences.Īfter this exhaustive and highly satisfying analysis, Dr. Gerard Verschuuren explores and synthesizes the various scientific studies conducted on the Shroud -including those analyzing DNA, blood, carbon, pollen, textile, and anatomical issues - as well as its storied history. In a story that made headlines around the globe, an American microbiologist tells how he reestablished the case that the Shroud of Turin belonged to Jesus. Further tests in 1997 identified ancient DNA present in the blood samples. Shroud of Turin, also called Holy Shroud, Italian Santa Sindone, a length of linen that for centuries was purported to be the burial garment of Jesus Christ. To address lingering uncertainties head-on, celebrated Catholic scientist Dr. Shroud of Turin: DNA In attempts to prove the shroud of Turin fake or real, scientists have conducted DNA tests to shed some light on the mystery. The Shroud of Turin, Jesus & Prophecy The Shroud of Turin, the alleged burial. Yet despite its enormous global popularity, the Shroud’s authenticity is not without question. The Shroud of Turin is celebrated as one of the holiest and most important relics of Christianity, with millions of pilgrims traveling to see the precious cloth in Italy on the rare occasions it has been displayed. COLUMBUS, OHIO Longtime Shroud of Turin researcher Joseph Marino Right ( original ) has just released his latest book in which he has compiled the most comprehensive collection of data on the 1988 Carbon-14 dating test conducted on the mysterious linen, which many believe to be the burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth. A new analysis of DNA from the Shroud of Turin reveals that people from all over the world have touched the venerated garment. You have a tenant with potentially varying license expiry dates. Many businesses will in fact use that additional license down the track so it will generally not be wasted but now you also have a tenant that has both retail and Open licenses. So you effectively end up with an additional license you may not have use for simply to obtain Extra File Storage. You can’t also easily adjust the initial licenses purchased via Open because these are done on yearly basis. The problem arises if there is no need for that additional Mid-sized license. This then means to get an extra 10GB of storage in case there is need to also purchase an additional Mid-sized business plan. However, the problem with that is that you can’t just purchase Extra File Storage by itself, it is actually only possible if you purchase a plan that includes SharePoint Online. Thus, the only way that it can be purchased is by using the Office 365 console and purchasing it via a credit card (this is known as a retail license). Here you see the option for Extra File Storage, however the issue is that you can’t just purchase the storage you also have to purchase an additional Mid-sized license!Īfter some research, it turns out that Extra File Storage is not an SKU that is available via Open licensing. Since you already have a license (in this case Mid-sized) you would think that you select this as there is no option just to purchase additional SharePoint online space by itself. in this case you select to pay with another option and proceed. When you do you’ll see the above information. The way you purchase additional products is that you simply go into the Office 365 Administration portal and then elect to buy more options. However, what happens if you need 20GB say? That is, an additional 10GB. Thus, on an Mid-sized (M) for 10 users you’ll get 10GB + 10 x 0.5GB = 15GB in total. Out of box currently with Team Sites you get 10GB + 500MB per user. One of those that I recently struck was when there was a need for additional SharePoint Online storage space for Team Sites (not OneDrive for Business) with an end user who had a Mid-sized (M) purchased under Open licensing. Processor: Marvell ARMADA 1.3 GHz | Storage Capacity: 8TB (included) to 36TB | Compatibility: Windows, macOS | Ports: Gigabit Ethernet, 2x USB 3.Unfortunately, one the of confusing things when it comes to Office 365 is that way that certain SKUs are licensed and made available via different channels. Even if your computer should be able to handle (in theory, or your belief, or in the past, whatever) it is useful to test it in Red October Standard mode. Only once you are sure you can get acceptable performance when in Red October Standard mode does it make sense to try in Red October HQ mode.
This pattern consists of a multi-column layout. Is there too much white space between elements? If so, consider adding a maximum width. This is the most popular pattern used in responsive web design and is perhaps the most simple as well. When you test your content by resizing the browser window, consider the following:Īre there some sizes where the content wraps in an unexpected way? If so, consider adjusting your content to the breakpoint.Īre lines longer than the maximum readable length (70-80 characters per line)? If so, consider changing the layout. This UI guidance includes a flexible grid that ensures consistency across layouts. The device itself is no longer a clear indication of the size of the display, which is why device size can’t be the sole criteria used when designing interfaces.ĭon’t build your designs for specific screen sizes, devices, or resolutions instead, build for responsive, fluid content in a browser. Responsive layouts in material design adapt to any possible screen size. Mobile phone screen size can be larger than a small tablet, and computer monitors rival the size of TVs. To try and avoid the battle weve prepared a series of Responsive Design Patterns for you to use as a jump start when deciding how to layout your page. The first video should be enough to get you started with them, and then each video dives in from there, most of them are pretty short.Along with the proliferation of mobile devices is an increasing variety of screen sizes. Breakpoints are set in CSS with media queries. A breakpoint is a specific viewport width value (in pixels) that triggers a change in the website layout. All about CSS Custom Properties - This is a bit of self-promotion with a series on them from my YT channel. A responsive design layout is a single layout applied to a web page that reformats and resizes elements based on breakpoints. These will also resize responsively based on those constraints.
